FAQ

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Malta and all EU countries. One exception: the Hydro Wash Sprayer, the PrecisionClip and bundles that include them currently ship to EU countries except Malta, because of a supplier limitation. Everything else ships to Malta as normal.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.

How much is shipping?

Free on orders of €59 or more. Below €59, shipping is €3 to Malta and €5 to other EU countries. Our Bath Day Kit already qualifies for free shipping.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and return items. Please email us at mirnapaw@gmail.com first and we'll send you the return instructions. Full details are in our refund policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Email us a photo as soon as possible and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Does the Hydro Wash Sprayer come with a hose?

No. It attaches to your own garden hose. Hose fittings vary between homes and countries, which is why the 4 Attachment Heads set includes quick-connect fittings and a tap adapter. If your hose uses an unusual fitting, a hardware-store adapter may still be needed.

Is the Hydro Wash Sprayer suitable for any size of dog?

Yes, small and large dogs alike. Use the gentle Shower or Mist patterns on your pet and keep the spray away from the face and ears.

Which Paw Washer size should I choose?

Small for small breeds, Medium for medium breeds and Large for large breeds. If you're between sizes, choose the bigger one so the paw fits comfortably.

Is the PrecisionClip safe for beginners?

The built-in LED light shines through the nail so you can see where the quick (the pink part with nerves and blood vessels) begins, which makes it much easier to avoid cutting too short. Trim a little at a time, and if your pet has dark nails, take extra care or ask your vet or groomer to show you the first time.
